Paint Your Pet Class in Atlanta
Sketch, paint, and frame your pet's portrait on glass — a pawtrait of your best friend you'll proudly hang at home. Instructor-led, all materials provided, no experience required.
- All materials & step-by-step instruction
- Take home a framed pawtrait of your best friend
- No artistic experience required
An hour of painting your best friend. A pawtrait you'll keep forever.
Paint Your Pet is a guided glass-painting session where you turn a photo of your dog, cat, bunny, or other furry (or feathered) companion into a framed portrait you'll actually want to hang. No drawing experience. No pressure. No two pawtraits alike.
Whether your pet is a wiggly puppy, a regal old cat, or the childhood dog you still miss every day, we'll help you choose your palette and walk you through the painting brush by brush. Every guest leaves with a finished, frame-ready pawtrait they actually painted themselves — the kind of keepsake that lasts long after the session is over.
What's included
All materials, ready to go. An 8” x 11” glass picture frame, glass paints, brushes, aprons, and a reference image setup — just bring yourself and a photo of your pet.
Step-by-step instruction. Our artists guide you from outline to final brushstroke so the likeness comes out the way you want, even if you've never picked up a brush before.
Pick your colors and your pet. Choose the palette you want and bring the photo of the dog, cat, bunny, or critter you want immortalized on the frame.
Upgrade to a larger frame. The standard 8” x 11” frame is included; bigger frames are available in-studio for an upcharge if you want a centerpiece-sized pawtrait.
Kid-friendly, ages 5 and up. Children 13 and under join with a parent on the same frame so the painting stays steady and the layers set up clean.
Truly accessible. No advanced drawing skills, no sketching from scratch. The technique is built around simple shapes, gentle layering, and a lot of guidance.

Paint Your Pet FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Plan for about an hour in the studio. That includes outlining your pet on the glass, blocking in colors, and layering the brushwork. We keep the pace relaxed so you can actually enjoy the process and not feel rushed through your pet's portrait.
Comfy clothes, closed-toe shoes, a smile, and a clear photo of the pet you want to paint (a screenshot on your phone is perfect). We supply the glass picture frame, paints, brushes, aprons, and the reference setup — everything else you need is here.
Paint Your Pet is a great fit for:
- Dog, cat, bunny, and small-pet parents
- Kids 5+ (with a parent for ages 13 and under)
- Birthday parties, gift sessions, and date nights
- Memorial sessions for a beloved pet who's no longer with you
- Rescue / adoption fundraisers and pet-loving group hangouts
Ages 5 and up. Materials are non-toxic and safe for kids, but the painting itself benefits from a steady hand, so children 13 and under join with a parent or guardian who shares the frame with them. The kid does the painting they want to do; the parent helps keep the layers and outlines on track.
Glass paintings need time to dry, so they stay in the studio after your session. We'll contact you within 10 business days when yours is ready for pickup. If you'd rather not come back to the studio, shipping is available — just let us know at your session and we'll get it boxed up and sent to you.
