Private group events at ATL Fluid Art are exactly that — for two hours our Town Brookhaven studio is reserved for your party, and every guest picks the art that fits them. Pour a fluid art canvas, finish a resin tumbler, paint glass, build a fluid art charcuterie board, or layer up a patch party hat. No two guests have to make the same thing.
We handle every supply, every step, and the clean-up. You bring the people, the playlist, and the cake — whatever turns a regular night into the kind of group hang people text each other about. Each guest walks out with something they made themselves: a piece they keep, a tumbler they actually use, or a hat they wear all summer.
What's included
Two private studio hours. Reserved exclusively for your party — setup, art, and tear-down all fit inside the time. Add 30-minute blocks for $50 each if you need more room to breathe.
Each guest picks their own activity. Every package includes a fluid art canvas, a resin tumbler, and a patch party hat with basic and premium patches plus a chain. The Adult package adds glass painting (with paint-your-pet and paint-your-partner variants) and a fluid art charcuterie board. Choose at the table; no need to lock it in ahead.
All materials and instruction. Paints, tumblers, glass, charms, finishes, aprons — every supply is set out when you walk in, and an artist walks the room step by step.
Upgrades and bigger sizes available. Add a resin coat to your canvas, jump up to a larger canvas, swap in a 12″ × 12″ resin beach scene, upgrade your charcuterie board (or add fluid art wine glasses), stack on extra patches, chains, beads, and charms — pay in-studio for whatever each guest wants.
Kid-friendly, ages 3 and up. Children 13 and under join with a parent, and the activities are sized so kids and adults can create side-by-side at the same table.
BYO décor and food, beer and wine handled in-studio. Bring the cake, balloons, playlist, and any non-alcoholic drinks. The city of Brookhaven doesn't allow BYO alcohol, but our studio is licensed for beer and wine — we'll happily pour for your group at reasonable prices.

Pick your date and package
Choose the Classic or Adult package and lock in your date. Your reservation holds the Town Brookhaven studio privately for up to 5 guests; additional people pay in-studio on the day of the event based on your final headcount.
We'll confirm the week before
A few days out we'll reach out to discuss your estimated headcount, talk through any add-ons, and help your guests picture which activity they want.
Show up — we have everything ready
Tables, supplies, and aprons are set when you walk in. You bring décor, food, and the people; we bring two private hours of studio time and an artist on the floor.
Take home or pick up later
Patch hats go home the day of the party. Tumblers are ready in about 5 days. Fluid art canvases and charcuterie boards need ~10 days to fully cure — we'll text you when each piece is ready, and we can ship anywhere if you'd rather not come back.

Yes — activities are kid-friendly from age 3 and up, and the studio is sized so kids and adults can create side-by-side at the same table. Children 13 and under should have a parent or guardian creating alongside them.
The reservation needs one upfront payment to hold the studio for your private event, so the host books and pays the deposit. Once everyone is in the studio, each guest can pay individually for any in-studio upgrades — extra patches, a bigger canvas, charcuterie wine glasses, and the like.
It depends on the activity. Patch party hats go home the day of the event — they're ready as soon as your guest finishes. Resin tumblers are ready for pickup within about 5 days. Fluid art canvases and charcuterie boards need around 10 days to fully cure. We'll text or email you when each piece is ready, and we can ship anywhere in the U.S. if you'd rather not come back.

Book your private group event at $325+tax for up to 5 participants ($65+tax per activity listed below, per person). Additional participants will be paid for in-studio on the day of the event, based on final participant headcount. This $325+tax reserves the studio for your two-hour private event and is used toward your participants' experiences. Participants can choose their individual activity from the list below once in the studio. Activities Included in the $65+tax (1 Activity Per Participant): Fluid Art Canvas 10"x20" Resin Tumbler 20 oz SM Fluid Art Charcuterie Board Glass Painting / Paint Your Pet / Paint Your Partner Patch Party hat with four Basic Patches, two Premium Patches, and a chain In-studio Upgrades: Add a resin coating to your 10"x20" canvas for an additional $25 per canvas. Larger canvas sizes available, and price upgrades vary. Upgrade to a medium Charcuterie board for $20. Add two fluid art wine glasses to the small Charcuterie board for $25.
