Terms of Service
Last updated: December 13, 2025
Welcome to ATL Fluid Art! By booking an experience, visiting our studio, or using our website at atlfluidart.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before participating in any of our art experiences.
Important: All bookings are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy. If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, you may request to reschedule, but refunds are not available.
1. Booking & Payment Policy
All Sales Are Final
All bookings at ATL Fluid Art are final upon payment. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to schedule changes, no-shows, or change of mind.
Rescheduling Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may request to reschedule by contacting us at least 48 hours before your scheduled experience. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is offered as a courtesy, not a guarantee. Last-minute rescheduling requests (less than 48 hours before your appointment) may not be accommodated.
No-Shows
Failure to appear at your scheduled time without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your booking. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for no-shows.
2. What to Wear & Personal Belongings
Studio Attire Advisory: Our studio works with acrylic paint and resin materials. Please dress appropriately and avoid wearing expensive clothing or jewelry.
Protective Gear Provided
We provide aprons for all participants. If you would like gloves, they are available upon request—just ask our staff. However, please note that even with protective gear, accidents can happen.
Clothing Recommendations
- Wear comfortable, casual clothes that you don't mind getting paint or resin on
- Avoid expensive clothing, designer items, or delicate fabrics
- Remove or avoid wearing valuable jewelry, watches, or accessories
- Closed-toe shoes are recommended
- Consider tying back long hair to keep it away from art materials
Special Considerations for Children
Please pay special attention to children's clothing, especially during resin experiences. Resin is particularly difficult to remove from fabric and hair. We strongly recommend dressing children in old clothes that can get messy, and ensuring their hair is securely tied back.
3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By participating in any experience at ATL Fluid Art, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in working with art materials including acrylic paints, resin, and other supplies.
