How do I get loyalty rewards from ATL Fluid Art?
There's nothing to sign up for. Book any non-private public experience and complete checkout — even complimentary bookings count. Your three loyalty codes are issued automatically and tied to the email and phone you used at checkout.
Are the loyalty codes single-use?
Yes. Each code (TAKE5, TAKE10, TAKE15) can be used once. If you book again, you'll get a fresh set of three codes for that booking — they don't refill the older codes.
When can I use my loyalty codes?
The codes apply to experiences booked between one week and two months from when you earned them. The booking date (the date of your future experience) has to fall inside that window — your confirmation page and email show the exact dates.
Can I use a loyalty code on a birthday party or private event?
No. Loyalty codes apply to public experiences only. Group events like Kids Birthday Parties, Bachelorette Parties, and Corporate Team Building buyouts are out of scope for the program.
Can I share my loyalty codes with a friend?
The codes are tied to the email and phone you booked under, so they only work when the same email and phone are used at the next checkout. If you'd like to gift a friend an experience, our gift cards are the right tool — see /gift-cards.
Do loyalty codes stack with other ATL Fluid Art promo codes?
No — only one promo code can be applied per booking. You can pick the code that gives the bigger discount on your cart (loyalty, WEDNESDAY20, FRIDAY15, etc.), but not both.
